We are looking for an IT Manager responsible for overseeing the Company’s computer hardware and software systems, providing technical support to the Company’s hardware and software and who will assist in building out the Company’s overall IT strategy. An ideal candidate will have at a minimum of 3 years providing technical support and services for the organization.

What You Will Do:

· Analyze and diagnose software and hardware issues in general office, enterprise and individual desktop/laptop applications and hardware

· Provide front-line support for in-house and remote staff, and close out employee requests as they relate to IT programs, software infrastructure and equipment

· Control and evaluate company IT and electronic data operations

· Evaluate and implement company IT policies

· Ensure security, availability, and durability of data, network access and backup systems

· Advise on security best practices and play an active role in driving policy and procedure changes that improve the security posture of the of the company with management, develop the annual IT budget and manage spend accordingly. Ensure the most cost-effective execution of IT tasks

· Manage software access control for the organization

· Train company employees on new software, hardware and policies as needed

· Pro-actively analyze company’s software needs, common hardware concerns, and infrastructure faults to bring forth solutions and present to company leadership

· Any other task requested of the role

Who You Are:

· 3+ years providing technical support along with IT hardware and software systems implementation

· Experience owning the technical interfaces of a company

· Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation

· Expertise in data center management and data governance

· Expertise managing cloud-based IT software solutions such as Microsoft Azure Active Directory or SharePoint

· Expertise in Microsoft Suite and troubleshooting Windows

· Understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals as well as network security protocols

· Experience with common code source control solutions such as Git or Microsoft Team Foundation

· Familiarity with deploying and operating custom software in cloud-based environments like AWS, Azure, and GCP

· Ability to problem solve and take initiative while working independently

· Strong customer service orientation

· A desire to learn new technologies

· BS in Computer science, MIS or similar field
