Vetstoria, the world’s leading veterinary booking platform, is looking for a Tech Content Writer to join the fast-paced and growing marketing team. With 100% year-on-year growth over the past 3-years, it’s an exciting time to join the business as we have big growth plans for 2022.

Duties will include:

• Create and maintain product documentation and support articles while liaising with the product team
• Create user education materials
• Optimize product onboarding and in-app messaging content
• Prepare release notes and communication of feature updates
• Edit and proofread product collateral and blogs
• Understand the veterinary and the veterinary software industry and the roles/personas we cater to
• Research and provide input to our overall content strategy

Key skills / Experience:

• Well versed in SEO and keyword research
• Experienced in drafting technical content and simplifying complex or technical concepts
• Minimum 3 years experience in B2B SaaS or tech background is preferred
• Exceptional writing skills with keen eye for detail - samples required
• Proactive team player with great communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
