Role at-a-glance:
Clark Associates is looking for an individual who’ll be responsible for creating a best-in-class product experience thru the creation of quick start guides, user manuals, and influence how our physical product is labeled & packaged. Combined these efforts will ensure proper installation, use, and maintenance of our branded products
Importance of the role to Clark Associates:
An Equipment Solutions Engineer will strengthen CAI’s products by directly impacting the reduction of warranty claims and customer solutions inquires.

Ideal Candidate:
- A focused, resourceful, and results oriented person with some experience in writing.
- Natural mechanical aptitude. Do you DIY housework, hands on hobbies, or DIY automotive repairs?
- Self-starter who demonstrates leadership characteristics or potential
- Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills
- No experience in commercial food service is expected. Experience in fields related to industrial design, packaging, writing, quality assurance testing, project management, education, or backgrounds in customer solutions is helpful.
- Graphic design / illustration experience is a plus
- Technical content creation of Quick start guides + User Manuals
- Create and maintain standards. Update old content accordingly
- Communicate product updates to relevant parties
- Project management for product certifications
- Product testing (crate/uncrate, product testing, etc...)
- Misc. tasks as needed
