Job Description:

In any given second, our servers produce valuable insights from millions of incoming events, crunching our users’ data, serving requests, and communicating on a massive scale.

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-disciplined, and accountable Technical Communicator to join our growing Product Knowledge team.

You Should Be

  • A native English speaker with proven technical writing experience
  • Allergic to typos and grammar mistakes
  • Able to understand and explain complex systems from the user perspective

What You'll Do

  • Produce high-quality UX and technical documentation, working with Product Managers, developers, designers, team members, and other stakeholders
  • Initiate and recommend creative ways to improve technical content deliverables and processes

What You Have

  • At least 2 years of experience writing and editing technical documentation
  • Proficiency with industry-standard authoring and publishing tools: Paligo, Zendesk Guide, Readme.io, Phrase, Figma, etc.

Bonus Points

  • Experience working for SaaS companies and/or in the digital marketing ecosystem
  • Experience in UX writing (microcopy) for complex systems
  • Experience in the creation of infographics and videos
  • Experience in technical customer service roles or writing for developers
  • Being introduced by an AppsFlyer team member
