OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
Developing quality content for Distribution team that appeals to our audience. Helps us expand our digital footprint and drive more value through online content.
Key Responsibilities

- Conducting in-depth research on the topic and Identifying training need to develop original content.
- Working knowledge of Learning management system/E learning modules and Power point presentation
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and handle multiple project. Collaborate with other departments/stakeholders to create innovative ideas and content
- Taking weekly update and coordinating with the content team w.r.t the project board determined for the creation of the E-learning module/ and Marketing strategies.
- Possess insurance/finance knowledge.

Required Qualification And Skills
Qualification : Bachelor`s degree in English,Marketing/ Journalism/Mass communication and related field
Certifications (If any): Content writing/Multi media/Marketing
Work experience in years: Minimum 5 years , Worked in insurance or finance / media companies /agencies/ start-ups or e-commerce companies/ online content suppliers
Other skill set: Marketing, writing, editing skill, PPT skills and communication skills.
