About The Role
Kraken is growing and we’re looking for a creative-minded content production associate to support the team’s content production needs. You will be working closely with the Compliance Training & Content Manager to develop exciting video content and educational materials for employees internally as well as externally.
In this fully remote role, you’ll mostly be responsible for editing video content and helping shape the Compliance Training & Content team’s content strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating content as needed by the business and the Compliance Training & Content Manager, for both internal and external use
- Developing and taking ownership of a content strategy and content workflows for the compliance training & content team
- Suggesting new content ideas and identifying areas of improvement for existing content both internally and externally
- Special projects and duties as assigned
- Bachelors Degree in a creative field or equivalent professional experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects, or equivalent software
- Demonstrated knowledge of creating engaging informational video content to a given brief
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging content in other formats, such as presentations (Keynote / PowerPoint / Google slides) or audio (Audacity or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to condense and communicate complex ideas
