This role focuses on three things:

  • Drive quality and volume of Clearwave thought leadership and demand generation content
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal SMEs and create channels that allow them to carry the Clearwave thoughts leadership message forward (gated content, webinars, conference speaking engagements, blogs, video and other digital assets)
  • Lead curation of website content and content evolution


Responsibilities

Writing

  • Develop and produce written assets for demand gen (gated content – white papers, ebooks, tip sheets, etc .& ungated content – case studies, blogs, infographcis, etc.)


Curate Website content + Oversee SEO optimization

  • Web
  • Oversee effectiveness of website copy
  • Monitor website pages for desired traffic/conversion patterns
  • Continuously review and suggest improvements for the website reader’s content journey
  • SEO
  • Understand current rules of content optimization and keep abreast of industry changes
  • Monitor all product pages for SEO performance and proactively address areas in need to change
  • Maintain website Resources Hub with ideal SEO strategies (tagging, titling, keywords)


Cultivate, nurture, and leverage SME relationships

  • Understand Clearwave market areas and court both internal and external SMEs
  • Leverage SMEs to create thought leadership content
  • Work with DG team to understand any gaps in SMEs and thought leadership content


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar
  • 4-6 years corporate and institutional communications or multi-media production experience
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Understanding of web-based digital advertising opportunities, use and tactics
  • Experience with web content management systems (WordPress, Husbpot, Unbounce)
  • Thrives in a highly collaborative environment
  • Ability to manage cross departmental communication at all levels of the company
  • Comfortable communicating with customers, media representatives, publishers
  • Understanding of corporate social media use and tactics
  • Understands offline, direct, and print marketing concepts
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Bonus points for:
  • Experience with Hubspot, Pardot or a similar marketing automation tool
  • Knowledge of HTML coding
  • Experience in using Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign
