The story Float Afdah movie introduces Waverly, who unexpectedly arrives at her aunt Rachel's residence in the tranquil town of Tofino, British Columbia. She is unsure of how she mustered the courage to undertake this journey. After studying medicine in Chicago and living independently, her parents dropped her off and promptly returned to Taiwan. Rachel warmly embraces her arrival, and Waverly decides to stay for a few days, which essentially means she plans to spend the entire summer there.
