Let me give you some of my favorite tips that have worked well for me. Before I get into it, let me remind you that each body type is different so the remedies may work differently for all. Also, these are simple ones that you may well be aware of. But I prefer using them instead of fancy crash diets or heavy exercises.



Tip 1: Early to bed, early to rise, and a good 7-8 hr sleep – Yes, sleep is a big factor in weight management. The right amount of sleep every day can work wonders for your system.

Tip 2: Simple powerful exercise: Brisk walking, swimming, cycling, simple floor exercises are easier to stick on to and can work just as effectively. I have found that if I walk every day for at least 30 minutes it works better than hitting the gym.


Tip 3: Eat right, drink plenty water – No crash or fancy diets, please! Just the right amount of home-cooked, nutritious food can help you greatly. Cut down all the unnecessary food items like sugar, junk, and oily food. Just make it a part of your routine and within no time you will feel the difference. Make sure you have a good breakfast and lunch, but keep the dinner light.


The actual trick here is not to understand or read these tips, but to follow them diligently every day consistently. I am sure it will help you a great deal.
