Clarence, played by LaKeith Stanfield, delivers an outstanding performance as a man who lives life according to his own rules in Jerusalem. He makes a modest income by selling marijuana to the local community, accompanied by his friend Elijah. Unfortunately, Clarence finds himself in a desperate situation when he owes a significant debt to the local gangster Jedediah. To complicate matters further, he falls in love with Jedediah's sister, Varinia, which intensifies his feelings of indebtedness and longing.
