After the occurrences in the initial movie, Harris is accompanying Mansur on their way back to the United States. Their objective is to extract information from him about the location of a dangerous bomb that is scheduled to detonate during the State of the Union Address. Despite the President's refusal to delay the event, they are determined to uncover the truth. To exert pressure, CIA Agent Marshall has arranged for Mansur's pregnant wife, Niesha, to be present upon their arrival. However, they are not the only ones awaiting the flight. Robert Jackson and a group of mercenaries have also gathered, seeking to find Mansur.
