We've all heard stories about women who have multiple orgasms. The problem is that we don't even consider whether we men can have the same thing. So, can we do it?

We've all heard of women who can have multiple orgasms in a single sex session. Is there anything like this for men? This is possible with drugs such as Viagra, Guest Posting Levitra, and others, but women can do it without them; can men? Yes, men can have multiple orgasms, but unlike women, who can do so without any special preparation, men must prepare in order to do so.

First and foremost, the following steps cannot be completed by someone who "just wants to try it." It is a serious workout regimen that must be followed on a daily basis. So, if you can't spare ten minutes every day, this guide and multiple orgasms aren't for you.

Before I get into the specifics of preparing for multiple orgasms, let me explain how and why. It is critical to understand that orgasm and ejaculation are two distinct events in the male orgasm process. This is usually interpreted as one thing because ejaculation produces euphoric sensations. The male orgasm is the intense pleasure you experience just before ejaculating. This intense pleasure can be repeated multiple times in a single erection. It is not, contrary to popular belief, a method of regaining an erection after ejaculation.

1. Identify the appropriate muscle

First, we must identify the correct muscle to use. It is known as the PC muscle, and the simplest way to find it is to try to stop the flow of urine while urinating. The PC muscle is the one you're using to do this. Stop urinating several times until you're comfortable flexing that muscle even when you're not urinating.

2. Strengthening the PC muscle

This exercise is also known as Kegels, but its goal is to strengthen the PC muscle. Flex and release the PC muscle once every second for 100 flexes (as if trying to stop urination). As your PC muscle grows stronger, you can progress to 200 flexes. This is an exercise that must be done on a daily basis.

3. Increasing the endurance of the PC muscle

The goal of this exercise is to improve the endurance of the PC muscle so that you can keep it flexed while your body tries to ejaculate. Flex and hold the PC muscle for 20 seconds. Then let go. After 5 seconds, flex again. You can do 10 of these per day at first, but you should increase this to 20 per day. This exercise must be repeated every day.

4. Practice time

You might want to start practicing after about a week of the above two exercises. You might want to start by practicing alone. When you are about to climax while masturbating, flex and hold the PC muscle until the urge to ejaculate has passed. This may require several attempts because flexing too early will prevent you from having an orgasm and flexing too late will prevent you from stopping the ejaculation. The more you practice this, the better you will become at timing.

5. Have some fun!

When you can climax four or more times in a single erection, it's time to try it for real. You should initially inform your partner of your intentions so that they understand why you are taking these pauses during intercourse.

There is no known limit to how many times you should climax during an erection, but after the fifth or sixth time, the urge to ejaculate becomes too strong. Although Kegels or these PC exercises are used for multiple orgasms here, they are also beneficial in other areas of your urinary tract. The most common are preventing prostate cancer and providing rock-hard erections.

Your sex life will be energized to levels you never imagined possible with this new ability. Go out and enjoy your sex life.
