Moving on, I’m going to tell you why I think the Fitness industry is FAKE and full of false and misleading information, and what are the reasons behind it.


Fitness industry is FAKE here is why

Let me ask you, do you think the Fitness Industry is fake?

Do you truly believe the Shredded and Jacked Instagram models are natural as they claim in their Bios?

Do you still believe Mr. Olympia guys are only taking mainstream supplements such as Creatine and Protein as they claim in their magazine interviews?

To understand the answer to those questions, understand that fitness and bodybuilding industries are built on lies. It has been ever since the beginning of the 1970s when modern bodybuilding was born (as a result of the introduction of chemical enhancement). These models and bodybuilders you see on Youtube and Instagram are signed by supplement companies. These well-crafted contacts restrict them from talking about what they are actually taking and force them into promoting products. The biggest scam of the decade was probably BCAAs and it was one of the top-selling products in fitness. Next was probably mainstream Testosterone Boosters. If people knew the actual effectiveness and proper use of the products, 90% of people would not have purchased them.

However no supplement contract is controlling me, so I’m free to talk about what I want and that’s what we’re here to do.

So here are my 3 most overrated mainstream supplements:

- BCAA

- Glutamine (weak for muscle building has some benefits for digestion)

- Protein powder

And 3 most underrated supplements:

- Minerals: Magnesium, Sodium, Potassium, Zinc

- Fish oil

- Arachidonic Acid

The one single question I get asked the most is “What PED stack should I be on?”

To be completely honest with you, yes there was a certain amount of water gain, but he was able to retain 80% of the gains in the following months while he only worked out once or twice a week. We did in a week what normally takes months of hard work.

What is the most effective way to grow muscles ? Anabolic Matrix explained


I’m going to unpack what Anabolic Matrix and why less is more.

In short, Anabolic Matrix is an illustrative tool to divide compounds by the pathway they cause muscle growth. I discovered this general theory more than 15 years ago through research and experimentation but the ultimate test of the theory came when I started experimenting with SARMs. At the time SARMs were not mainstream and if you asked people 95% would have said they were likely a scam. But the science on them was solid so I began troubleshooting what SARMs were missing and that if I could find the limiting factor then they could potentially completely replace steroids to have the benefits without the side effects. And that was the beginning of many hundreds of experiments which confirmed my hypothesis. Then I started sharing this information with the rest of the world and that is how SARMs entered the mainstream. When we break things down by the pathway they cause growth then we can see where the opportunities are to optimize the chemistry to eliminate limiting factors and to use synergy so instead of getting 1 unit of benefit for 1 unit of rist plus 1 other unit to equal 2, we get 1+1 equals 4. (I was going to say 3, but the synergy is much more impactful than that. When using Anabolic Matrix theory people often double their rate of progress with equal or less side effects, or they can drop dosages further for side effect free cycles as well that outperform previous cycles that did have side effects). At first glance it’s very simple but it is a tool that can be used to get into the most advanced muscle building and fat burning chemistry that exists.

Why is it better than the regular approach of blasting steroids?

I watched my friends use steroids for 10 years before I started. I studied closely their results and side effects and philosophy behind their cycles. To me it was becoming obvious… they got good results but then they increased dosage and got just a little better results for a lot more side effects. I started seeing the curves, minimum effective dose, limiting factors, lack of synergy and so on. If they were using the Anabolic Matrix they would have been able to drop the dosages of all the compounds causing side effects to a point they get enough benefit without relevant side effects (the sweet spot), and instead focus on the growth pathways they were ignoring, basically missed opportunities to add compounds or lifestyle or diet changes. We need to focus on removing limiting factors and cashing in on growth in ways where less money, less risk of side effects and less energy goes a long way to amplify muscle growth.


Diet, Exercise, Genetics, PEDs what’s more important?


I know you’ve been waiting for this one. So let’s get straight to it:

Here is an honest answer on what it actually takes to become “Jacked and Shredded”.

It goes something very close to this:

1. Diet about 30% (you have to have a meal plan tailored to your specific needs)

2. Training about 20% (you still have a train hard and follow a good training plan, but a lot less than many people would like you to believe). I’ve seen guys with incredible physiques who’s training intensity and frequency sux ( Myself being a good example of this ;) )

3. Genetics about 10% ( no matter what you have to be genetically gifted to achieve a physique a Mr. Olympia competitor. However, Fitness Instagram model is attainable even with terrible genetics. ) There are also ways to permanently change your genetics but on that later.

4. PEDs/Drugs 40 % — Oh nooo ! he said it! 40%! I know that’s your initial reaction. But I’m just being honest with you here. In some cases, it might be even more than 40% of the success. (Also extremely good genetics rise to the level of PEDs Some gifted people have such high anabolic hormones or sensitivity to them that their natty bodies are the equivalent to someone running PEDs. This is one of the many reasons I see it as unfair or even racist to prohibit PEDs in sports… If they were actually able to 100% enforce against PEDs then it becomes largely a test of the best genetics or ethnicity. With science we can transcend our ur god given limitations and use mental power to compensate for lack of god given physical power)

Natural vs Side effect free mindset


I used to have the “Natural” mentality. I had an ego about it. I thought using something Natural was healthy and using something synthetic was “cheating” for people who didn’t have discipline and work ethic.

But now I know this is an uneducated view and actually a construct of the enemies of freedom who want to prevent us access to anything to become superhuman and less controllable. The problem with “Natural” is that it does not exist anymore. Every single food item in a grocery store has some kind of added synthetic chemicals and genetically modified ingredients added to it. The air we breath and our water supply is polluted with chemicals. Therefore we should address those first they are the leading causes of death and health issues. We will talk about those in the next email.

In my option we should not be looking at fitness as natural or unnatural but side effect and side effect free or healthy and unhealthy. Look at the ratio of benefit vs drawback and strive to be as side effect free and healthy as possible while achieving our goals.
