Now I am going to do something a little difference and go off topic of what I normal write about. But by doing some research and seen how many people are on this diet. where some say its works and some say otherwise. by doing some extensive research and comparing notes and reviews this is what I have found.Two women, each 41 years old, tried the Keto Diet.
