The Hello singer admits she’s always struggled to keep her weight in check.

She’s tried just about everything over the years, including running with the dog, a vegetarian diet, and even a dalliance with lifting weights: “I’m not like, skipping to the f***ing gym,” she laughed.

“I don’t enjoy it. Blood vessels burst on my face really easily, so I’m so conscious when I’m lifting weights not to let them burst in my face”.

But now, the mother of three-year-old Angelo, believes she’s found the key to long-lasting success – by simply cutting out tea.

Dangerously overweight just a few months ago, Bridesmaids star Melissa McCarthy, 45, is shrinking before our eyes – and she hasn’t stopped yet.

As for her secret to losing a reputed 22kg in record time, mum-of-two Melissa says she simply changed her outlook on food.
