*回想这次世乒赛，你觉得最你来说是个怎样的比赛

What is this world table tennis championship like to you this time?

我一直都认为世乒赛是世界上最高水平的赛事之一。而且这届世乒赛也是非常不同寻常的一届世乒赛。自己已经参加了第5次，这次终于能够获得男单冠军，首先非常开心，也希望通过比赛，能够给自己无论是信心，包括成绩上，还包括打球的各个方面都能有进一步的提升吧。

I always think that the world championship is one of the tournaments with the highest levels. This one is particularly special. I have participated 5 times and finally got the men’s singles champion this time. I am extremely happy and I hope that after this tournament I can get more confident and achieve better results as well as improving every aspect of my games.

*单打连续碰到3名中国选手的强签，你当时有什么想法

How did you feel when you got 3 strong opponents from China consecutively in your singles matches?

单打抽签出来以后确实第一感觉还是觉得我们抽得非常强吧，不管是内战还是外战，我觉得大家实力都非常接近。当时也觉得非常困难，不过并没有多想会去对谁，只是一场一场去准备，一场一场去打好吧。

At first, I felt that I got really hard draws after the draws were done. No matter playing them in internal matches or international ones, I feel that our levels are so close. I felt that it was going to be really difficult, but I didn’t overthink whom I had to play. I just prepared one match after another and tried to do well in each of them.

*能评价一下决赛那场球吗

Can you comment on the final?

决赛其实自己感觉压力还是非常大，首先跟莫雷高德没有交手过，第一次交手在这样大赛决赛的舞台上，还是会有很大压力，包括有很多担心的地方。但我觉得上场以后，自己随着比分，随着投入，这种紧张状态慢慢好很多，也会慢慢越来越释放。所以之后能4比0赢下比赛之前

也是没有想过，做好了最艰苦的准备，所以能赢下比赛自己也非常高兴。

I had a lot of pressure for the final. First of all, I have never played Möregårdh. The first time we had to play, it was the final of such an important tournament. So I had some pressure and there were things I was worried about. But I got into the court and started playing, I gradually got into the zone. I started getting more and more relaxed and less nervous. I didn’t expect to win 4:0 but instead prepared to have a very tough match and I was very happy that I could win.

*第一次在美国举办世乒赛，你有什么感想

What are your thoughts on the first US-held world championship?

这是美国第一次举办世乒赛，非常荣幸自己能够参与其中。这次比赛我觉得总体不管从赛事的布置，还是场上的感觉，都让自己非常享受，也能够非常投入到比赛中。也希望这次在美国成功的举行，能让更多的人喜欢乒乓球，爱上乒乓球。

This is the first time that the world championship was held in the US. I am honored to participate in this tournament. I think in general, both the setting up and the atmosphere made it a very enjoyable experience. I was able to enjoy the whole tournament a lot. I hope the success of this tournament can help more people become fond of table tennis.
