Analogy

“Your mental health matters,” they say. The reality….I have found that it can be a common belief that by taking time off or keeping your mind pre-occupied or chatting to your best friend will help you escape from your worries. I often hear people say, “Save me from myself”. But what does it even mean? Well, we are asking someone or something to replace our real inner mental pain with a sweet pill of comments on how accomplished and lucky we are, but deep down we don’t always feel this way. These band aid measures can be compared to taking a Panadol – we relieve the symptom, but we are not treating the cause of this pain. Do you ever feel lost in your professional or personal life? Do you feel unfulfilled, find yourself overthinking, comparing yourself to others and feeling like you can’t say “no” when you wish you could?Society has conditioned us to keep it all together, and many of us keep smiling and pretending that everything is okay, even when it’s far from it. But does anything change by doing this? Is this how we should live…. pretending?Have you been searching for a way to feel better? Are you ready to stop searching for an outside fix and start working on you first? What if there was someone in this space who can help you to tap into the real you? What if there is a way to a better and blissful life on the heart level?I met Tracy…With me being entrepreneurial in heart and through my connections, I met her. In my mind, I thought that people like her are so rare, and she was one of the most accomplished people I met. But it turned out she was not the exclusion from the rules; the life challenges faced in her teens and a beloved family member loss built her stamina. Now, let me introduce Tracy Secombe, wellbeing mentor from Adelaide with her personally developed program Soul Pleaser .Tracy’s business experience began when she was 18. She brought the concept of year 12 jumpers with the students’ names on the back from Texas after spending 12 months there as an exchange student and sold them to Adelaide schools. Her second business was a Newsagency that she bought with her brother. She worked ten-hour days on the weekends while studying Physiotherapy full time.Tracy had a seven-year break from running her own business to get experience as a physiotherapist working for private practice. She founded Safe Work Practice – an injury prevention company – in 1996 just before her year supporting people with cerebral palsy as Miss Australia in 1997.She sold Safe Work Practice in 2017 to focus full time on her coaching career which began in 2011 when she became a Thinking into Results facilitator through The Proctor Gallagher Institute. The idea for Soul Pleaser occurred to Tracy following the passing of her mother in 2016. Tracy realized that she had been a people pleaser all her life (just like her Mum), culminating in anxiety and burn out through constantly striving to keep other people happy, particularly in business.Tracy worked out exactly how she was able to find clarity around who she is, what’s important to her and began speaking up for herself and creating a life that reflected who she really is. Then she felt called to help other women who might also feel like there must be more to life.Tracy is not only a true professional but also a very generous person. Some of the underlying concepts of her Soul Pleaser program have been presented in her latest book – “Find the Real You and Love her” ( Download your free copy here ).Truths of the program Soul Pleaser:- Rather than integrating into your subconsciousness well-learnt truths like a computer code that gives a short-term result, you can achieve the lasting changes from your open heart!- Develop new habits naturally derived from a change in your heart, and life positive changes will follow.- Final Result: Be you and experience true bliss! What does the program include and how Tracy can help you to discover and be the real you?Once you join the Soul Pleaser Program, you will able to learn and grow with 6 steps that are presented in a video format. Each also step has a workbook. Work at your own pace with lifetime access to the content plus 12 months of Tracy’s personal support. Tracy will be able to coach you as you journey through each step and answer questions via Live Groups Zoom sessions.Tracy has a free Facebook group where she shares valuable self-discovery tools which you can join here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/soulpleaserThese are the 6 Soul Pleaser steps to a New You:- Wakeup- Surrender- Follow the Signs- Discover You- Be You- Experience BlissTracy also runs 2-day retreats every 6 months.
