1. DECLINE PRESS UP JACKS

These are fantastic for getting your heart rate up and training your arms. With your legs on either side of the step, begin in the press-up position. Jump your feet onto the box, then land on the ground. Repeat.


2. BURPEES

Burpees should be a part of every fat-burning exercise routine. Put your hands on the ground, step back with your feet, and perform a press-up. After which, dive back in and then quickly ascend. Repeat.



3. FROG JUMPS

These are a true killer, and you wouldn't believe how rapidly they raise your heart rate. Simply jump over the box with both legs and then turn around to jump over it once more. To maintain pressure, be careful to empty the box with some space to spare.


4. SIDE BOX JUMPS

fantastic for your core, legs, and glutes. Place your foot on the side of the workout step. Jump up and simultaneously place both of your feet on top of the box. Repeat by jumping down to the other side. When you start to weary, you can use your arms to support yourself.


5. HIGH KNEES

Simple to learn yet quite challenging to keep up. Your legs, heart, and core will benefit greatly from high knees. Simply jog on the spot with your knees raised to waist level while using your arms to keep your body fully engaged.
