ColourPop So Au Naturel Eyeshadow Quad - 2 minutes read

Au Naturel

ColourPop So Au Naturel Pressed Powder Shadow Quad is a new, all-matte, neutral eyeshadow quad with a warmer, more orange-based color story that leaned more mid-depth and deeper. All four shades were pigmented, blendable, and long-wearing with the biggest “con” being that the formula was lightly to moderately powdery, so using a lighter hand or tapping off excess would be ideal. They were more of a velvety-matte, which gave them a denser, more substantial feel.

Laid Back

Laid Back is a bright, light orange with strong, warm yellow undertones and a matte finish. The consistency was somewhat powdery, so I’d recommend tapping off excess and using a lighter touch when picking up. It had opaque color coverage that wasn’t prone to sheering out. It lasted well for eight hours before fading a bit.

Just Be

Just Be is a medium, orange-copper with moderate, warm undertones and a matte finish. It was richly pigmented with a smooth, more velvety texture that was a little powdery in the pan but not prone to sheering out. It stayed on nicely for eight hours before fading noticeably.

Whatevs

Whatevs is a muted, darker copper-brown with moderate, warm undertones and a matte finish. The texture was soft, smooth, and more velvety, though lightly powdery in the pan. It had full color payoff in one layer, which blended out easily along the edges. It wore well for eight hours before fading visibly.

Livin’

Livin’ is a medium-dark brown with soft, warm undertones and a matte finish. It had nearly opaque color coverage with a soft, smooth consistency that was lightly powdery in the pan but proved to be blendable and not prone to sheering out on my lid. It lasted well for eight hours before fading a bit.
