“Unveiled: Smashfest” debuts on Tuesday June 2nd at 6:30p (EDT) on NBCSN.  This week, Boston Bruins forward Brad Marchand and Toronto Maple Leaves forward Mitchell Marner work with Canadian graffiti artist Alex Bacon to design customized ping pong tables.  The host of the show is former NY Rangers player Dominic Moore.  Smashfest is the name of an annual charity event featuring a ping pong tournament.

The tables will be auctioned off with the proceeds going to the Katie Moore Foundation’s rare-cancer cell line project at the broad Institute of MIT and Harvard University as a part of Hockey Fights Cancer, a joint initiative of the NHL and the NHL Players’ Association.  The foundation is named after Dominic Moore’s wife who died of cancer in 2013.
