Dog The Bounty Hunter's wife Beth Chapman in a 'medically-induced coma' at a hospital in Hawaii

Beth Chapman is reportedly in a 'medically-induced coma' at a hospital in Hawaii, according to Hawaii News Now.

The 51-year-old wife of Dog The Bounty Hunter has 'struggled with cancer for year' and was admitted to the ICU at the Queen's Medical Center on Saturday.

Duane 'Dog' Chapman pleaded with his fans on Twitter to 'please say your prayers for Beth right now.'

In a statement to the outlet, Duane and his family 'humbly ask everyone to please pray for Beth.'

The cancer returned last year and doctors removed a tumor from her throat after an emergency surgery in November.

At the time, their family attorney Andrew Brettler said that while the family was staying strong, the surgery was 'serious.'

'But she has excellent doctors who are evaluating her treatment options,' he assured their friends and fans.

The Chapmans rose the ranks of reality television with their hit show based around the family bail bond business based in downtown Honolulu.

Viewers caught a small glimpse at the intricate world of bounty hunting, with Dog at the helm as the family sought out and arrested people who broke terms of their bail agreements.

The A&E network first picked up the show in August 2004 and canceled the series after eight seasons in May 2012.

The power couple starred in a spin-off series, Dog and Beth: On the Hunt in August 2015, and a two-hour special called Dog and Beth: Fight of Their Lives just recently in November.
