Doing exercises (HIIT)

Leveraging calorie intake

Taking supplements.

Combination of these 3 are major other tips and strategies just add up to these.

1.On doing exercises.

First of all, exercises are not a primary tool toward weight loss. Exercise are just a simple push towards weight.

I say so because various researches have shown that exercises are pretty useless for weight loss.

But they are effective for weight loss when you do HIIT exercises.

Meaning HIGH INTENSE INTERVAL TRAINING.

That you start with a very intense workout then slowly changing to simple exercises.

This is effective because starting with high intense workout insanely boost your metabolism

Meaning that your cells tend to burn more fats so as to produce energy.

And point to note. This must be done around 30-60 minute a day. Not 5-7 minutes

The most effective method always and always will be.

Leveraging your calorie intake.

Many studies have shown that the highest percentage of people suffering from high fat level is due to overeating, over taking large amount of calories

If only you could pick one. I highly recommend this because its a game changer.

Leveraging your calorie intake can be using proper cooking oil, the amount of oil used, the size of food.

Overeating is bad. Because your taking in more food that your body will not use. So then the excess food is stored inform of cell fats.

And also not doing exercises means that there are more and more fat cells in your body.

I don't mean you starve yourself all day.

Just don't over eat a lot of food.

And finally taking supplements.

There are a lot of supplements out there. Some useless as always.

I highly suggest picking a supplement with natural ingredients.

Too many supplements out there just pick one and stay with it.

Also. Losing weight is not an overnight step. It takes time and commitment.

Have a proper weight loss system and stay with it that's all.
