smoking 3 packs of cigs a day, over eating junk food, didn’t care about myself, depression was getting worse, anxiety was all over the place, fucking hated being alive.

until I spent my first christmas with my now wife and for the first time in my life felt happy after a life time of abuse.

I gave up sugar, I cut back severely on my carbs, and this is me now:



I’m losing inches like crazy, I take green tea diet supplements, I prefer a carnivore based diet i prefer meat, I love rare steak, it’s almost an addiction, one of my favorite snacks is a giant smoked turkey leg…lol.

I quit smoking, switched to vaping instead.

I only drink fairlife extra filtered and fat free milk, water, occasional beer, zero sugar everything.

I feel stronger, I feel faster, my legs are like steel, my muscles feel hard and heavy yet I also feel light and free, my body is growing stronger everyday I exercise, I can feel it.

I’m not even exercising a lot just walking and moving heavystuff.

maybe it’s the life style change?

my lungs feel better, my joints feel better, I bought my first outfit since I lost this weight and I looked so good in my opinion my self confidence went through the roof.

Losing weight is a sign you are bettering yourself.

you’re taking care of your body, you’re making yourself strong, fast and durable.

losing all this weight that struggled so long with has made a phenomenal mental change in me, I feel as though the old me is dead and that I need to live my new life as best as I can.

going to be changing my name soon too because of it, I chose to sacrifice everything that I once enjoyed, the smoking, the eating, to become what I can be.

I don’t know what life has in store for me, but for once I’m not ashamed to walk its path because of the work I’ve put in and continue to put in.
